The PANDEMIC has definitely changed the rules of social relations. Social detachment, the establishment of maximum numbers of occupations of public spaces, among other limitations are some examples. More than ever, in a rapidly changing environment like this one we live in, effective communication tools that inform and alert society in a timely and comprehensive way, in the various devices it uses and in the various platforms it connects to, are fundamental. In organizations, this need to inform, and alert has been exploited externally in their relationship with customers, and internally in their relationship with the collaborators.
